Description: We are proud to be a part of the UC Merced 2020 project. This construction will add new classrooms, labs, and additional housing to enhance student life, and create opportunities for academic excellence. The project includes a new wet-lab building with faculty offices and classrooms, a new student wellness and counseling center, 980 new beds in student housing, 630 new parking spaces, a conference center, a dedicated transit hub for buses, a student enrollment center, a swimming pool, and outdoor recreation courts. In the university’s words, “The Merced 2020 campus expansion represents a commitment by the State of California and the University of California to increase access to the UC system for eligible state students and to support a rapidly growing region.”
