This $150M project involved construction of an 89,677 sf build out of the Emergency Department along with various related tenant improvements. Other project elements included 36 new ICU beds, a 35-bay emergency department expansion, three cath/angio lab rooms and support space, a shelled space for five operating/cath/angio lab rooms, 17,632 sf of shell space for future tenant improvements and 10,680 sf of renovation to existing spaces including the imaging lab and surgery rooms.
