Sparta Student Housing

This site is located at the corner of East Santa Clara Street and North 11th Street in San Jose. The project involves five stories of wood-framed residential units over two levels of above-grade cast-in-place concrete parking and commercial structures. The project will add housing options for SJSU students and will include 86 rooms holding up to 271 residents. CTS is the special inspections and material testing firm of choice for this project.
