The Showcase Mall Phase IV project consists of the demolition of the existing Smith & Wollensky building and the construction of a new 144,975 sf 4-story building that sits on 1.82 acres. The retail building comprises three-stories including a 51,657 sf lower level/basement and a 9,558 sf roof terrace located just north of Tropicana Avenue on Las Vegas Boulevard.
