Gateway of Pacific (Phases 2 & 3)

Description: CTS is providing special inspections and materials testing for Phases 2 and 3 of BioMed Realty’s Gateway of Pacific project, a new landmark delivering premier laboratory and office space to South San Francisco’s flourishing biotechnology community. This roughly 1.5 million square foot campus is designed to the highest institutional standards and will feature distinct buildings within an active park setting. Alongside the 12-story building that was the 1st to break ground, the 2nd phase adds two linked buildings while the 3rd comprises a single tower building. Each phase of the project includes its own dedicated parking structure as well.
