Description: This project is a thirty three story structural steel office tower located in the financial district of downtown San Francisco. The ground floor consists of 4,000sf of retail space and thirty two floors of office space totaling 550,000sf. The exterior of the tower consists of a glass curtain wall with a glass and metal finish. The project also included two levels of below grade parking containing 180 parking spaces. The building is split into three zones called low, mid and high rise. The building is registered for LEED silver certification.
