500 Capitol Mall, Sacramento, CA

This project is twenty five story structural steel frame high rise in downtown Sacramento. The project also included granite and glass façade on the office tower, two-story triangular glass penthouse and a 10-level, 800 stall parking garage.The building consists of a three story grand entrance lobby, ground floor retail, office space, and a restaurant and meeting facility. The project represents one of the tallest office towers in Sacramento's Capitol Mall.

Santa Row Parcel 6B, San Jose, CA

Santana Row is an upscale shopping, housing, dining and entertainment complex. An existing parking lot, Parcel 6B was designed to be 110 residential units of Type V wood construction over a Type I concrete parking garage. The buildings amenities included an entertainment lounge, fitness center, meeting room and landscaped courtyard with barbeque pits for the residents use. Silicon Valley's premier destination for shopping, dining, living and nightlife, Santana Row is surrounded by landscaped gardens, parks and features over 70 retail shops, more than two dozen restaurants, a 213-room boutique hotel and six-screen movie theatre. Santana Row also offers 514 residential units with resort living amenities.

555 Mission Street, San Francisco, CA

This project is a thirty three story structural steel office tower located in the financial district of downtown San Francisco. The ground floor consists of 4,000sf of retail space and thirty two floors of office space totaling 550,000sf. The exterior of the tower consists of a glass curtain wall with a glass and metal finish. The project also included two levels of below grade parking containing 180 parking spaces. The building is split into three zones called low, mid and high rise. The building is registered for LEED silver certification.
